Who are we?

JOE DOWLING

Principal Osteopath

Joe holds a Masters in Osteopathy degree from The British School of Osteopathy in London. Joe provides treatment using Osteopathy, Low-Level Laser therapy and Functional techniques to help with a wide range of different clinical presentations. He has been involved with the treatment of sports players from a number of different teams and organisations in Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas. Joe enjoys working with patients to overcome their particular musculoskeletal issues and is responsible for overseeing the running of the practice.

SOPHIA ERMOGENOUS

Osteopath

Sophia qualified with a masters in Osteopathy degree from the European School of Osteopathy in Kent. She takes the time to understand her patients, their backgrounds and lifestyles, and enjoys using a range of techniques to best suit their individual needs. Sophia comes from an athletic background with experience in various sporting fields, as well as having a keen interest in women’s health conditions. 

CHARLOTTE MARTIN

Osteopath

​Charlotte qualified with a Masters degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy.
She views every patient as unique and uses a multitude of techniques to provide a more tailored approach to treatment. Her background in gymnastics and rock climbing has influenced her understanding of injuries, rehabilitation, and the importance of preventative treatment. 

CELIA PERRY

Osteopath

Celia holds an Integrated Masters of Osteopathy (M.Ost) from the University College of Osteopathy and is completing a postgraduate diploma in women’s health with the Molinari Institute. Passionate about holistic healthcare and fitness, she tailors treatments to individual needs. With extensive experience in remedial massage therapy and as a yoga teacher, Celia integrates these skills into her practice and offers massage therapy as a standalone treatment.

CLAIRE SHEPPERD

Massage Therapist

Claire qualified as a Soft Tissue Therapist with the London School of Soft Tissue Therapy. 

Using traditional massage methods as well as more advanced techniques. Claire provides treatment and support to help you manage muscular pain or dysfunction and to encourage greater freedom of movement and recovery. 

SAMANTHA NASH

Massage Therapist

Qualified in Massage therapy, Aromatherapy and Infant massage, Sam has a variety of techniques to support the wellbeing and individual needs of patients. She is well adept to work with all ages providing empathy and understanding of a patient’s ailments. Working alongside the Osteopaths’ Sam is able to assist in the maintenance of a patient's progress or provide comfort and aid in tissue recovery. 

LISA EVERETT

Pilates Instructor

Lisa holds a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Mat based Pilates Instruction including Pre and Post natal exercise programming, with an additional Level 4 certification in lower back care specialism. She has worked in the fitness industry since 1994 and has specialised in Pilates since 2015. Lisa was originally trained as a dancer and despite a history of orthopaedic conditions during childhood, is still dancing now having discovered the benefits of Pilates for strength and flexibility training.
